Return & Exchange Policy

All items from Rent Free are made-to-order and produced in limited quantities. Because each item is printed specifically for your order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Wrong size ordered

- Change of mind

- Items purchased by mistake

Damages & Issues

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at owner@shoprentfree.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved, we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Lost or stolen packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier delivery confirmation. Please file a claim directly with the carrier.

Please allow time for your bank or card company to process the refund.

Notes

– We do not accept returns or exchanges on worn or washed items.
– Items lost or damaged by the shipping carrier are not eligible for refund unless insured.
